BIOGRAPHY

Jinlyu Mei is an artist based in Foshan, China. Graduated from the Advanced Oil Painting Program of the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts;Completed the Postgraduate Program of the Mural Painting Department, Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA); Participant in the inaugural Advanced Program in Integrated Painting at the Central Academy of Fine Arts.

He made it through to the Extended Longlist for Jackson's Art Prize 2025. He has exhibited widely throughout China and Korea, especially in Beijing, Seoul, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Foshan. He is accredited as a senior artist.

Georges Seurat and Jackson Pollock are the inspirations for his most recent work.
